The Panzer III in North Africa proudly displays an aircraft kill marking from May 16, 1941, possibly commemorating the loss of 274 Squadron's Hawker Hurricane Mk I V6633.

A black-and-white historical photo shows a soldier in military uniform sitting atop a tank, eating from a metal tin. The tank's barrel has a painted airplane symbol and the date '16.V.1941' written below it. The soldier wears a beret and has a medal or badge hanging around his neck. The image has a vintage, grainy texture.
