Just LOL!

A screenshot of a band member list showing 'Tim Lambesis' as the current member and a long list of past members including Jeremy Rojas, Noah Chase, Tommy Garcia, Brandon Hays, Jasun Krebs, Aaron Kennedy, Evan White, Phil Sgrosso, Clint Norris, Nick Hipa, Josh Gilbert, Jordan Mancino, Ryan Neff, Ken Susi, and Nick Pierce. The image is a simple text-based list with alternating light and dark text colors on a white background, resembling a Wikipedia or wiki-style page. The joke is that Tim Lambesis is the only current member listed, implying the band has had many members over time, which is a common meme format for highlighting a band's revolving door of members.
