Show me your beautiful Christmas tree, please!

A decorated christmas tree with white ornaments and string lights stands in a room with wooden floors, next to a window with blinds and a leopard-print rug. Several wrapped presents are at the base of the tree. The overlaid text reads: 'i decorated my christmas tree with white ornaments and lights, and now i'm just sitting here wondering why i bothered'.
