Cruz's Surprising Call for Mexican Voter Participation

A screenshot of a text message conversation shows a political message in Spanish and English about Colin Allred's policies in Texas, followed by a reply from the recipient who is non-US and finds it ironic that Ted Cruz is asking them to vote for him in Spanish. The image features a photo of a man in a plaid shirt looking down, overlaid with the text. The joke is that the recipient, who doesn't vote in the US, is being asked to vote for Ted Cruz in Spanish, which is absurd and ironic.
