It May Suck, But This Unit Builds Character

A four-panel comic shows a hand labeled 'My workload' struggling in water. A second hand labeled 'My Manager' reaches down. The manager then slaps the struggling hand, with the text 'It'll be a good learning experience'. The final panel shows the hand sinking underwater with bubbles, and a small 'Gudin.' logo. The meme humorously depicts a manager's dismissive attitude toward an employee's overwhelmed state.
