A Glimpse into History: A WWII Era Postcard from a German POW in Fort Bragg, NC

Two World War II-era prisoner-of-war postcards and envelopes show a German prisoner, Walter Krumm, sending letters to his wife Friedl Krohn in Bad-Kissingen, Germany. Both items feature U.S. censorship stamps, German 'A.F.' markings, and Nazi-era postal seals with swastikas, dated 1944-1946. The postcards are addressed to the same recipient and bear the 'PRISONER OF WAR' designation, highlighting the wartime communication restrictions and the prisoner's status.
