A Child's Playtime on a Forgotten German Gun in Ukraine, 1944

A black-and-white historical photograph shows a child joyfully swinging on a swing suspended by chains from a large artillery cannon, while another child sits nearby with an adult. The image has a stark, gritty feel, juxtaposing innocence with the presence of heavy military equipment. The overlaid text reads: 'child on a swing made from chains attached to a large artillery cannon, another child sitting nearby'.
