Dandadan Deserves Anime of the Year for This Incredible Episode

The top half shows a dark silhouette of a person with long hair, arms outstretched, floating or falling against a vibrant blue background filled with sparkling white dots resembling stars or glitter. The bottom half shows a close-up of an older man with a balding head and wide, shocked eyes, seated in a dimly lit room with other people blurred in the background. He appears to be reacting with disbelief or awe to something unseen.
