Curious about the weekly food ration for a single adult during WW2? Check out the details in the image below!

A black-and-white photo shows a person's hands resting on a table covered with various food items, each labeled with a white card: bacon, butter, cheese, egg, meat, sugar, tinned beef, tea, cooking fat, and margarine. The items are arranged around a plate with a piece of meat on it, suggesting a meal. The image has a vintage, instructional feel, likely from a mid-20th century health or nutrition guide.
